  We offer both serviced and unserviced accommodation within our Business Centres situated in Main Road, Westerfield and Upland Road, Ipswich. We charge an all inclusive amount so you know exactly how much your basic costs will be each month and include -

Main Road, Westerfield

  • Rent, rates, lighting, heating, cleaning
  • Use of telephone, photocopier and fax
  • Use of refreshment and toilet facilities
  • Car parking
  • Reception of callers
  • Telephone messages taken when not in the office
  • Post in/out facilities

Upland Road, Ipswich

  • Rent, rates, lighting, heating, cleaning
  • Use of telephone system
  • Use of photocopier and fax
  • Use of refreshment and toilet facilities
  • Car parking

The only additional costs would be

  • Telephone calls made and Faxes sent/received
  • Postage
  • Word Processing, DTP, photocopying, supplies etc.

All offices can be let for short or long terms.
